We recommend it as we had an excellent experience here. Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent base for staying in Okazaki. 5 minutes walk to a bus stop.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had an amazing experience. the hotel had a beautiful lobby decorated with a stunning Christmas tree, and the staff was extra friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, as it was situated near major shopping centers and had easy access to transportation. the room was lovely and had a phenomenal view of the city.
I did experience some inconvenience with room service taking longer than expected and the bathroom being a bit outdated.

We had a great stay at Grand Inn Higashi-Okazaki. The location was fantastic, and the amenities were top-notch. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated our request for two rooms next to each other. The bags were already in our room at check-in time, allowing us to have a leisurely lunch. We also appreciated the convenient beauty packs in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was excellent and provided good service. They helped us with our bags and guided us with all the amenities like the matcha tea and coffee, beauty packs, and more. The location of the hotel was convenient. After lunch, our bags were already in the room when we returned.

The hotel is conveniently located in a green area with a park nearby and offers nice amenities such as matcha tea and coffee. the reception staff is helpful and efficient, and guests can request to have adjacent rooms. while our rooms were clean, they lacked any view of the surroundings.
It's a shame that tea and coffee are only available in the afternoon, making it impossible to enjoy a cup before departure.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many popular attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and our request for two rooms next to each other was granted. The lobby had some nice amenities, like free matcha tea and coffee, and beauty packs that were convenient for us.
We were disappointed that we couldn't enjoy a cup of tea or coffee before 11 am, which was inconvenient. our room did not have a view of the park, which was a bit of a letdown.
